Live Long, Live “Well” Into Your 70’s, 80’s And 90’s

Many people tell me that they don’t want to live to be 100-years-old or older. This has always baffled me. Why would anybody not want to live as long as they possibly could? The answer for many, as I have recently discovered, is that if they have to live in pain, suffering daily or without the ability function and take care of themselves they cannot possibly visualize a long existence here on earth. I can certainly understand their concerns.
BUT, what if you could live healthy, free of pain and suffering, well into your 90’s, enjoying the things you love to do? Wouldn’t that be awesome?
Well you can; it is possible!
There are a couple of things we now for sure.
The first thing is that if your spine and joints lock up from (so-called “normal”) degeneration it will limit your ability to function pain free. This leads to a more sedentary lifestyle because it hurts to do the things you used to love to do. AND guess what happens next: more degeneration of the spine and joints and more pain. The statement that follows is, “If it’s going to be like this I don’t want to live to be 100.” Nobody wants to live in pain or without the ability to function.
The good news, however, is that you don’t have to.
We also know that if we keep and your spine and joints freely mobile and supple you will not be sore, your energy will increase, you can enjoy your favorite activities and you WILL live a longer life.
Combine a healthy lifestyle of eating, exercising and managing stress with maintaining a properly functioning spine and nerve system and enjoy a happy pain free life for a long, long time.
